It is a quiet and great property located in Rives de Meurthe district so close to supermarket and garden. The staff are professional, they keep the place fairly clean. The location is magnificent and perfect, near to the centre.

Views are specific.

Good value for money, rooms were clean and the little kitchen was handy. Private parking under the hotel was nice too. There's a supermarket just behind the hotel, buyed our food there and cooked at our room.

Breakfast price

The reception isn't open 24/7, which can be a hassle when you need assistance late at night. Shower pressure left much to be desired-a bit on the weak side-and I couldn't adjust the heater to get comfortable when it got too chilly. Be aware, there's a full day of parking fees if you're around for that long, and the nearby street noise can be disruptive when trying to catch some Zs. It could've been cleaner. Had to deal with some leftover trash from previous guests.

It was in a very quiet residential area which was nice. Also, the building itself was quiet

The hotel has a nice and perfect location, close to the river. Its just next door to the train station and downtown and town center.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to Place Stanislas, and there were supermarkets close by. My room was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette, made preparing simple meals very convenient.

No air conditioning.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms. The value for money was excellent. I liked the staff. And I liked the city and its surroundings.

No shower curtain and no dishwasher.

The hotel is very well located, just 10 minutes walking to the old town. The city is fantastic. The appartment was really comfortable, up to 6 persons. It has a small fridge and a kitchenet, so if you want you can cook your own meals/breakfast Price-quality relationship, very good!

The only slight downside maybe, the isolation of the rooms (you could hear everything in the appartment.

Comfy bed, great location.

The hotal was very clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were very small but quite functional.

The apartment was modern designed, light and clean. It was a little bit small but good enough for a few nights. It even had a small balcony. The bathroom was quite luxeous. The small kitchen was well equiped. The bed was excellent. There is paid parkingplace under the hotel. The centre of Nancy is on walkingdistance.

The room was located at the streetside and quite noisy during the night because of the traffic. A room at the backside would be better. Despite the severe securitymeasures like special keys for the garage, heavy locks on the entrancedoors, etc, people have tried to break into our car. So don't leave any luggage in the car.

Great location and comfy vibes!

The bed was so comfy, and it was nice to be in a quiet spot yet close to the city center. Loved grabbing fresh pastries from nearby bakeries for breakfast. But watch out, the reception isn't open late, and when I had a key issue, it was a real hassle getting help. Really enjoyed my stay.

Kitchenette was well-equipped; sofa-bed was surprisingly comfortable. Proximity to city center was also a plus, as was grocery store very close by, and several shops (patisserie, cafe, etc). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Studio was a bit small--next trip, we would select next size up. Even though you don't spend much time in the room, it is nice to be comfortable while you are there.

Good value for money. Located close to the city center (15min walk to the very center). Tramway station 2 minutes away. Located in a very nice suburb. Room well equipped (incl. microwave oven). Clean.

Bathroom not very well designed and quite small. My room was a bit cold and I didn't manage to turn on the heater. Very basic bed (but still OK). Room could be refurbished.
